Abstract Submission

Instructions

1. Poster submission is open until 15 August 2025

2. You are encouraged to use our recommended template; however, it is not mandatory.

3. Download the template, insert your content, and upload it as a (.doc' or .docx) file using the form below.

4. All submissions will be reviewed by the Organizers and the decision will be communicated by email to the presenting author.

5. To present a poster you must first submit an abstract.

   • Your abstract should summarize the work presented in the poster.

   • The abstract is normally between, 100-400 words.

   • Abstracts will be made publicly available to Bio3 Forum Website.

6. The same person may submit up to 3 posters as presenter.

7. Poster prizes will be awarded to presenters selected by a committee.

8. Registration is needed to attend the Forum and present the poster.
